XRP treasury company (Nasdaq stock, not an ETF). Began trading on Nasdaq Oct 12, 2026 (S-1 filed 2026-10-23). Unlike an ETF it can borrow, raise equity, buy more XRP and put its XRP to work, so its share price is not tied to a NAV by creations and redemptions.
